This one page Divi layout is created by Elegant Themes to demo the new animation features added in Divi version 3.0.72 ( updated 9-5-2017 )
The new features allow you to animate any Divi section, row or module with an all-new advanced animations options tab. There was a comment from Nick Roach on the announcement blog that this (and many more) layouts maybe soon released for free to the community, so keep an eye on the Elegant Themes Divi Layouts page as they will all be added there as they are released.
